When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows—not the flower. Alexander Den Heijer
Parent counseling offers a supportive space to explore the everyday challenges of family life, strengthen communication, and build more secure and meaningful relationships with your children. It is also an opportunity to reflect on how your own experiences, family history, and personal values may influence the way you parent.
The goal isn’t to become the “perfect parent.” It’s to become the parent who can respond with greater understanding, confidence, flexibility, and emotional presence as your family grows and changes.
Parent counseling is available for parents, expectant parents, adoptive and foster parents, guardians, as well as professionals who work with children and adolescents.
Sessions may be held individually, with both parents, or in a group setting, depending on your family’s needs and goals. When appropriate, parent counseling can also be integrated with couples therapy, family therapy, or child and adolescent counseling.
Parenting isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about staying present for the questions that arise as we grow alongside our children. Anna Karakerezi
